Main duties of the job

You will join a large team of psychologists, psychotherapists, occupational therapists and Probation Practitioners working across the OPD pathway. The aim of the partnership is to promote a psychologically informed approach with this high risk, complex group.

The IIRMs post includes various duties such as; supporting the administration of the service, keeping up databases, sending data returns to commissioners, conducting outcome measures with service users, producing outcome measure reports for service users, opportunity to deliver Mentalisation based therapy.

The CORE-OM post includes various duties such as; attending clinical reviews, completing file reviews, working closely with probation practitioners and co-producing formulations for people on the OPD pathway, supporting work with approved premises and residential staff, involvement in research and service evaluation.
