Are you experienced within the Property Management sector and looking to take on a new challenge? Then we have the role for you!

Our client a well-established and Multi-branch estate agency is looking for a full-time Assistant Property Manager in the Herne Bay area.

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be required to work:

  • Monday to Friday 9am– 5.30pm (2 days 9.00 – 5.00pm)
  • With the opportunity to work from home once a week.

Our client is offering the successful Assistant Property Manager:

  • £25,500 Basic

The duties of the Assistant Property Manager will include, but not be limited to:

  • Dealing with any maintenance requirements
  • Upkeeping compliance to meet standard operating procedures.
  • Key registration and handover
  • Upkeeping excellent rapport with Landlords, Tenants and Lettings team
  • Negotiation of disputed deposit deductions
  • Contractor database management
  • liaising with Lettings team to coordinate pre-tenancy/ end of Tenancy agreements to ensure.
  • Conducting property inspections

To be considered for the role ofAssistant Property Manager, you must have the following attributes:

  • Experience within the Property Management sector
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills face-to-face, via phone and email
  • Organised, reliable and punctual
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Positive, personable and driven individual
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
