Main duties of the job

Please note that we will only accept applications from staff currently employed by Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.

To undertake assessment of clients through direct and indirect observations. To carry out assessments and interventions as directed by the supervisor. To be a member of the appropriate multi-disciplinary team providing services to the referred clients, under the guidance of the Senior Team members. To communicate sensitive condition related information to service uses, their relatives and other professionals as directed by the supervisor. To implement programmes of care or intervention as directed by the supervisor.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
