Description

We are recruiting an Assistant Pig Manager for a farm in North Yorkshire YO7.

The expanding indoor breeding unit requires the Assistant Manager to work alongside the existing team. This is a new position that would ideally suit someone with 3+ years of experience who is ready to progress to the next level.

Candidates need to have a proven track record and a strong work ethic to maintain an existing high performance. External training is available if required.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Working with dry sows
  • Serving
  • Accurate record-keeping
  • Welfare of stock
  • Working alternate weekends

Salary: £32,000 – £36,000 + accommodation
