Assistant Multi-Site Food & Beverage Manager

£25-30,000 + company benefits & discounts, pension & life assurance

THE POSITION

This is an exceptional and exciting position for a current food & beverage/catering/restaurant manager with high volume fast paced multi-site experience to join an award winning and successful business operating a number of catering outlets.

Reporting to and working alongside the Head of F & B you will lead the F & B service team to deliver all guest facing operational elements of the department and manage the food service units to ensure all targets are met.

We are looking for a driven, dynamic, charismatic, focused and inspirational operator with high volume multi-site experience for this business.

You need to be able to drive for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire multi-site hospitality operation - reporting to Head of F & B
  • Manage and support a team of managers, head chefs and team members
  • Recruitment, training, people development and staff welfare
  • P & L accountability - managing costs, budgets and labour
  • Implementing standards and control measures
  • Performance management
  • Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and experience
  • Plan and deliver an exceptional catering experience
  • Ensure all legislative requirements are met

Key Experience And Attributes

We are looking for a an exceptional Assistant Multi-Site Foof & Beverage Manager.
  • Proven experience gained managing high volume fast paced area/multi-site hospitality/catering/restaurant operations
  • A hands-on approach
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a very keen eye for detail and high standards
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen
  • High levels of energy and motivation
  • Excellent people, man-management, organisation and communication skills
  • The ability to drive sales and increase profitability
  • The ability to lead, coach, motivate and inspire people and large teams
  • A can do attitude and positive outgoing personality
  • IT literate - working with social media and systems and processes
