This established boutique coffee house and patisserie brand have an opportunity for an assistant manager for their store in Pershore.

This is a great opportunity for a supervisor looking to take their first step into a management role or perhaps an existing assistant manager looking for a new challenge.

As assistant manager you will work closely with the store manager in order to drive business performance and lead a service focused team! You’re encouraged to develop relationships locally in order to market the business and drive footfall.
