Hi baristas and coffee lovers,

coffee culture and roastery is a new independent coffee house and roastery company in Worcestershire. Our place in malvern hills is looking for a bright spark to join the team and champion the coffee experience.

We are looking for enthusiastic experienced barista & assistant manager who demonstrate skill in coffee brewing / extraction, training capability, espresso dial in and latte art. The job will involve managing the service, team , stock control and food hygiene / health and safety management.

Obvious Perks of free coffee and tea on shift as well as lunch provided on shift too. You also get free bags of coffee to use at home!

We like warm and welcoming people to work within the small but humour filled team. you won’t be treated like a robot or a corporate number! parking is provided at the store and can be flexible hours but must be able to work weekends.

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee bar and seating area
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction

Skills:

- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and techniques
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to ensure orders are prepared in a timely manner
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
