We have been so busy since reopening in April that we need to increase our team The Northey Arms is recruiting for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our ambitious and growing company. We are investing in our people and developing our teams to provide first class service to our guests. The successful candidate will have management experience in the hospitality industry and a thirst for providing quality service. We require the following skills from our managers: Team focused. Inspiring and motivating your team to give 100% Attention to detail. You’ll be responsible for making sure the pubs look fantastic for our guests. Leading by example. You’ll be inspired by busy shifts and thrive on showing the team that you want to get stuck in with them, setting the standards for them to aspire to. Sales Driving Labour Management skills Exceptional care of guests. Nothing is too much trouble. Hosting and running brilliantly organised shifts Cash handling Stock Management The Successful applicant will work alongside a highly regarded kitchen team who create and deliver an exceptional experience for guests recommended highly in The AA Guide. You will have previous experience in a Gastro pub environment and be able to bring new fresh ideas as we constantly evolve to improve and develop our company to obtain further recognition and awards.
