Job Description:

Corkys Cars Taxi Company is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the taxi company
- Manage and train team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and financials
- Monitor and maintain vehicle maintenance logs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a management role within the transportation industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
