The Royal Oak at Hawkeridge has a fantastic reputation for quality food. Having been closed for a short time the new owners are looking to build upon this with a fresh new menu and a new approach to making the Royal oak the destination pub in the area.

The assistant manager will support the owners in the daily operation of the pub. You will have a comprehensive knowledge of running a bar and managing the front of house.

You will help to ensure the highest standards of food and service. In the absence of the owners you will be in charge of the pub taking responsibilty for its operation.

You will be keen and enthusiastic with a passion for the pub trade.

You will demonstrate leadership skills with a hands on approach, leading by example.
