About the role

The Rose and Crown is a food lead local pub which turns into a drinkers pub at night and is big on weekends as we do sports and have a large beer garden. We are looking for an experienced leader to join us as an Assistant Manager, someone with drive, excellent customer experience, someone to help us make the Rose the best it can be. Someone who is well organized, good at working on there own and able to deal with many different situations. Being able to work in the kitchen is a bonus as being a busy food pub a hand in the kitchen is needed sometimes.
