Being accountable for specific people and sections of the business as agreed with the General Manager.Responsibilities:
  • To organise staffing and to manage, motivate, develop and support the team within the restaurant ensuring inductions, training, assessment and appraisals are completed and documented.
  • To control costs in line with the budget including operating costs, purchasing and staffing and payroll costs.
  • To maintain quality control for all food served.
  • To ensure team understand responsibilities in maintaining Company standards of food safety, health and safety and fire safety.
  • To have a full knowledge of all food and beverage menu’s.
  • To promote sales opportunities.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • A passion and energy for people skills and flair for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Must be very friendly and professional in approach.
  • The highest standards of personal grooming, appearance and posture.
  • At least one years of experience in hospitality.
