We are seeking an entry level candidate that can provide a high level of administrative and financial assistance to our Office & Customer Support Services Manager. You will be working in a busy environment alongside a dynamic group of event and exhibition professionals.

Key Responsibilities
General
• Database Management – Ensuring consistency of information and accurate data whilst inputting onto a Current RMS system
• Handling of incoming post and distribution of
• Supporting with the handling of incoming calls
• Raising purchase orders on a Current RMS system
• Assist with processing of holiday bookings and absences

Client Services
• Working with the MD and client services team to ensure that customer enquiry forms are completed correctly and passed to office and support team
• Supporting the estimating team with travel bookings such as accommodation/flights/taxi’s
• Supporting with the management and collation of documentation

Finance
• Processing of supplier invoices
• Processing of delivery/proof of delivery notes
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Review and support team expenses prior to allocation of costs to projects
• Follow up with breakdown of supplier accounts to ensure payments are made on request

Core Competencies
• Numerical – good mathematics
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – including written and telephone
• Highly organised, adaptable and proactive
• Knowledge of Microsoft package and Excel
• Ability to multi-task and still ensure attention to detail
