G.H.Parker (North Cotes) Ltd are a progressive and forward thinking farming company growing a range of arable crops spread over 5000 acres across Mid-North Lincolnshire.

Job description

The position will involve taking an active role in the management of farming operations whilst also providing operational cover for the rest of the team. This will be a hands-on position offering a large variety of experience across a range of crops and machinery.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in crop husbandry as well as machinery maintenance and operation. They will have a passion for agriculture and an interest in modern farming methods including the application of precision farming technologies. They will possess the willingness to go the extra mile to achieve the highest standards in everything they do. The successful applicant will have the ability to work individually and from their own initiative, whilst also being able to fit into a small, close and established team.

A full UK driving licence is essential as is a can-do attitude. PA1, PA2, Telehandler, BASIS and FACTS qualifications are preferable but full training will be given to the right candidate.

The position is offered with a rewarding remuneration package including company vehicle, workplace pension and accommodation if required.
