As a chartered member of the CIPD, you will lead on all matters relating to HR and OD, supporting the Senior Leadership Team in the development of strategic outcomes, ensuring that policies and priorities are understood, owned and implemented.

With an understanding of change management and culture, you will play a key role in embedding and enhancing our One Council Approach, building on outstanding foundations to support North Lincolnshire Council to be the #BestCouncil we can be for all our residents, communities, and businesses.
