The CDS has a diverse portfolio of fast paced, ever growing and innovative services.   • Emotional Wellbeing Services.

As a senior member of the PCW CDS with excellent interpersonal skills, you will be expected to work closely with clinical and operational leads across services and to engage with senior colleagues within the Trust, across the ICS and Mental Health Collaborative. You will provide performance and assurance support for the whole CDS and hold responsibility for performance, recovery and improvement plans. On occasion you will be required to deputise for the Service Director.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic and supportive team within in a Mental Health Foundation Trust, rated outstanding for Caring by the CQC. Specifically, the role will lead the business planning and development for the CDS, and oversee performance and assurance for all the CDS services.
