Successful Yorkshire based Property / Development Company require an additional Surveyor to join the development team.

This business has a portfolio of sites across the UK, predominantly in the business space sector. This post is to initially support the Head of Development, managing projects from inception to completion. This will include activities including the preparation of development appraisals, handling planning matters, managing external consultants, new lettings etc.

This is a great time to be joining the company, who are embarking on the next step of their already exciting journey. Applicants will ideally be nearly or recently MRICS qualified, preferably with exposure to the property development world. Interested parties will also have a full, clean drives license (in order to travel to sites outside the Yorkshire region). Remuneration will reflect experience and qualifications, (circa £26 - £34,000 DOE).
