Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 base salary with a company car/ car allowance

Contract: Permanent

An exciting new opportunity has been created for an Assistant Commercial Accountant (also known as Assistant Commercial Finance Business Partner) to join the Redde Northgate Commercial Finance team.

What will you do?

The primary objective of this role is to provide the Auxillis commercial and operations teams with high quality data and insight to support decision making. Key responsibilities focus on month-end analysis and pricing support, but will touch all areas supported by the Commercial Finance business Partner.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support the annual and periodic forecasting process for Auxillis volumes, revenue, and claims recoveries.
• Produce the monthly reporting packs for the Auxillis Commercial team.
• Support the Commercial Finance Business Partner with periodic reviews of customer profitability.
• Provide commercial support for new initiatives and product development.
• Provide pricing and analytical support to the Auxillis commercial team when they are undertaking new business tenders, contract renewal exercises or promoting additional products to customers.
• Maintain appropriate pricing models for products and services.
• Support the production of weekly volume and revenue forecasts.
• Support analysis of debt recovery initiatives.
• Conduct ad-hoc project work as required.

About You

• AAT qualification or actively studying CIMA or an equivalent qualification
• Ideally experience in a management accounting or commercial analyst role
• Strong analytics skills
• Proven history of providing value adding insight
• Ability to handle detail while understanding the big picture
