Newstaff Employment Services are recruiting for a Assistant Client Logistics Coordinator on behalf of their established client based in Enfield. Our client is looking for someone on a temp to perm full-time basis, the working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00am to 5:00pm.

This role involves:

  • Speaking directly with clients to clear outstanding balances
  • Taking payments
  • Checking and updating client details on the system
  • Liaising with the logistics teams to arrange delivery
  • Monitoring delivery status
  • Following up slow payments
  • Liaising with the accounts team and showrooms to coordinate order delivery
  • General administrative work related to the fulfilment of the order
  • Coordination with the aftersales and technical teams.

Required Attributes

  • Preferably English or French as a first language. However, fluent spoken English is a priority.
  • Computer literate
  • Well spoken with a pleasant, calm manner
  • Good telephone manner
  • Understanding of basic logistic and order fulfilment processes
  • Full CRB background check required due to financial access
  • Understanding of basic GDPR
  • Will be required to sign non disclosure agreement in regard to adherence with GDPR and company policy
