I could wax lyrical for a while about this opportunity, all the boxes that you would like ticking are there in abundance for a Part Qualified Accountant.

If you are looking to make your mark and can back yourself to be a real asset in a finance team then this role is for you. This is a business where you will be pushed and expected to produce results.

This is a brand-new Assistant Accountant role; you are not replacing a disgruntled former employee with zero handover with the expectation of hitting the ground running from the off. The business has made some positive structural changes within finance and this newly created position offers you the opportunity to show your potential.

The hiring manager does not want you to stay in your lane and never kick on, they want someone to get to grips with the key elements of this role, to seek ways to support and improve processes and interact directly with senior leaders in the business. All the key elements are there such as assisting with the month end management accounts plus financial reporting and analysis.

Study support is a given and they want you to use this role as a steppingstone to become a manager within the team over the next 2/3 years.
