The role

As Asset Strategy Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for accurately collating stock, energy performance and customer data across all contracts being delivered across the department. There will be a requirement to analyse data, produce reports to support the asset management functions, and to assist with departmental processes to improve the flow and use of asset data.


You will also manage the internal auditing process of the Asset Management’s key compliance disciplines, being the lead in stress testing the relevant process maps.

We are looking for someone who has a positive and creative approach to problem solving, strong operational skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.


The ideal candidate will be able to analyse, manipulate and interpret data using clear, informative, and concise reports, whilst delivering work in a diligent, accurate and fastidious manner. They will have experience in analysing business processes to increase efficiency and accuracy, working to deadlines and supporting the delivery of contract work.


Experience of working within the Housing sector with knowledge of asset management systems is desirable.


Please note, this role is on a 18 month fixed term contract.


This position will be considered for flexible or part-time working patterns and benefits from additional flexibility through our hybrid office / home working model.
