Asset Stock Condition Surveyor (£38,745 per annum, full-time, permanent)If your skills, experience, and qualifications match those in this job overview, do not delay your application.Job RoleA role has become available in our asset team for a Stock Condition Surveyor.You’ll be a key member of the asset team, ensuring our homes are compliant with all aspects of the decent homes standard and fire safety.You will carry out technical surveys of our homes and report on components condition; health and safety including HHSRS, and energy efficiency data used to generate EPC’s.You’ll play a key role in protecting West Kent’s interests by ensuring any issues identified in our homes are reported and progressed through to completion, and that any poor condition components are identified and added to the planned maintenance programme.You will need to be highly organised with excellent communication skills and to provide customers with clear, accurate and timely information, consider their individual needs and ensure they receive a positive experience.Excellent knowledge of construction / surveying is essential, preferably to degree level, together with a sound knowledge of the domestic energy data collection and HHSRS.About UsAt West Kent we’re passionate about the role a housing association can play in society and believe the values of an organisation are what makes it special.
