The Company

I am working on an assignment on behalf of a market leading, multinational renewable energy company which operates over 1GW of assets across Europe. We have been instructed to search for an Asset Manager to be based in Inverness. No previous experience in the Wind or PV industry is required.

The Role

  • Overall responsibility for onshore windfarm and solar PV asset management (production, availability and outage)
  • Carry out safety inductions, manage contractors, provide toolbox talks and manage on site risks
  • Conduct HSE plan review and compliance check on a regular basis
  • Liaise and manage relationship with local stakeholders, landowners, residents and authorities
  • Submit and manage availability warranty claims with the turbine provider
  • Manage the grid connections and HV aspects of the portfolio in Scotland
  • Progression to Senior Asset Management or similar within 2 years
