To support our customers and meet the aspirations held by the Group, we are currently recruiting for Asset Management Officer to join our Finance Governance and Asset Team on an 18-month fixed-term contract.

The successful candidate will have a relevant qualification in Asset Management or construction or a comparable level of experience in a similar environment. In addition, they will also be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of:

  • Working within a property management, maintenance or housing management role
  • Demonstrate strong IT skills and play a lead role in the management of the Group’s asset management information
  • Have a good understanding and experience in delivering planned maintenance contracts
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills that put our tenants first.
  • Have Contractor management skills
  • Be aware of the management requirements of the new build development process.
