  • Work allocation to cell resource.
  • Ensure achievement of cell production targets.
  • Ensure HSEQ requirements are implemented and maintained within the cell.
  • Capture and report issues impacting production within the cell.
  • Undertake assembly & wiring activities.
  • Interface with other cells and stores to ensure operational requirements.
  • Review cell KPI’s and agree/support implementation of corrective actions.
  • Involvement in pre-production design reviews to capture industrialisation issues.
  • Involvement in return of experience reviews.
  • Identification & implementation of continual improvement activities within the cell.
