Do you have UK QTS?

Are you an Art specialist who is looking for a new challenge?

Do you have experience teaching children who come from disadvantaged backgrounds?

Are you great at building rapport with students?

The school

· Based in Newcastle

· Rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted

· Students are aged 5 to 16 years old

· Children who attend have ECHP for SEMH / Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties

The role

· Full time Art Teacher for maternity cover

· Planning diverse lesson that suit varying abilities

· Following behaviour policies and ensuring children are engaged

· Promoting and maintaining attendance

You

  • Will have QTS
  • Will be an Art specialist
  • NQT’s/ECT’s are welcome to apply
  • Have previous experience of teaching children with special needs
  • Will have a resilient character and be able to build strong rapport with your students
