Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Teacher of Art and Design to join our successful supply teaching team and to work in local Secondary schools in Rotherham and the surrounding areas.

About the role

This is a Supply teaching role, offering full and part time, and flexible working conditions to suit your needs.

The desired Art Teacher will be working in a number of settings, giving variety in your day to day. You will be working with students with a wide range of ability levels from diverse backgrounds. This role would be suitable for both NQTs and experienced Teachers, but experience of teaching Art up to GCSE would be preferred,

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Art Teacher you will:

  • • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • • Have experience teaching Secondary Art and Design to at Least GCSE. A-Level experience would be hugely advantageous for some of our schools and post-16 centres.
  • • Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Secondary Teachers.
  • • Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
