The governors are seeking to appoint a qualified Art teacher who would be able to deliver a diverse scheme of work covering a variety of disciplines but allowing for personal adaptations. The Willows School is a happy, caring school, whose aim is to develop confident, independent children who are able to reach their full potential regardless of their needs. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic teacher who will help the children to engage with learning as well as make an impact on the outcomes for our children.


The successful candidate will:


Be an excellent practitioner who is able to inspire and provide exciting learning opportunities for all abilities and ages


Be passionate about ensuring children reach their full potential regardless of needs, stretching the most able and supporting those who need bespoke resources


Be a strong team player as well as lead a classroom team of experienced support staff in a custom designed learning space
