The Client

A British-based, top-tier manufacturer of home-décor products that are sold via retail & trade wholesale. This is a fast-growing business with a loyal customer base throughout the UK.

Thanks to their continued success, the business seeks to recruit and additional Field Sales Account Manager to support a well-established customer base of independent wholesalers and retailers across the South East, covering Hampshire, Sussex, Surrey & Kent.

The Role

Working from home but spending most of your time in the field, in front of customers, you’ll adopt a strategic sales approach to help increase wallet-share from a well-established customer base within this segment. You’ll build relationships by developing a solid understanding of reseller customers’ businesses, working closely with them to help their profits grow through increased throughput of product.

You’ll be armed with a varying range of products that capture seasonal trends with something new to present to your customers on a regular basis. At its core, this is a relationship management role, where you’ll build long-lasting, win-win relationships with your customers to ensure both your own and their on-going success.

The Person

We’re looking for a strategic, sales-driven individual who is focused on sales growth within an account management setting. This is NOT a customer-service driven role and so we’re looking or people who are used to managing sales targets and who can demonstrate a track record of sales growth with their customers.

It is highly likely that the successful candidate will come from some sort of reseller account management background and used to dealing with customers who make buying decisions at a local, rather than a national level.

The Rewards

Basic salary of up to £50,000 along with a monthly-paid commission package that will see your overall earnings top £62,000. Fully expensed (tax-efficient) company car, pension and various other perks are also included.
