Reporting to the MMS Uk Sales Manager this role works closely with Distribution Partners to build a network of Installers that are trained, supported both technically and commercially to deliver a high quality Draka UC system install to the market.Key AccountabilitiesBuild trusted relationships that ensure the Installer chooses Draka as their default (i.e. when a competitor product is not specified) cabling system.Use the Installer relationships to leverage Draka engagement with their end user customers to create solid Draka cabling specifications installed by our Installer Partners.Manage the tender process with the Installers working with the Draka MMS team and Distribution Partners.Build, manage and maintain a network across the UK of in excess of 100 Draka Installer Partners, ensuring the training programme is delivered and the quality of installation and warranty is of the standard required by DrakaThrough relationship sales and highly motivated customer service, develop a position of trusted adviser working with the Installer Partners. Ensure that all of the technical knowledge and manufacturing strength of Prysmian Group is used to maximise channel sales.Using the trusted status, work with Installer Partners to introduce Draka to their end user clients.
