Salary 65k Plus and Bonus

The homes you will begin to manage will be in Yorkshire and you will support the homes management teams and liase between Directors and Homes.

This is a full time role which will require you to visit the homes 2 to 3 times per week and the rest of the week will be remote working, mileage will be discussed with applicants.

Responsibilities

Providing strong, inspirational and supportive leadership.

Ensuring a SMART innovative plan is in place to deliver our vision.

Complete audits to monitor quality and compliance and ensure a culture of continuous improvement.

Ensuring best practice across your homes and compliance to policies and procedures.

Supporting Home Managers to ensure occupancy, care and commercial targets are reached.

Ensuring staff and key resources are deployed and managed in a way that best assists the demands of each service.

Constantly monitoring performance and providing support and feedback to Home Managers on training and development, recruitment, disciplinary and grievance matters.

About You:

A strong leader with a ‘can do’ approach.

You will be passionate about developing people to succeed and delivering the best person-centred care.

Experience of working in a multi-site management role and a proven track record in managing the delivery of high-quality care within a residential elderly care home setting.

Experience and knowledge of dementia care.

A strong understanding of CQC standards and regulations

A driving licence is essential.
