Area Cleaning Manager

Part Time Permanent Position (30 Hours per week)

Location: Central Belt

Salary: £12.96 per hour

Benefits: Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, iPad and Phone

As an Area Manager your day to day will be managing a portfolio of contracts with cleaning teams and supervisors on them, oversee all related budgets and effectively liaise with our clients on a regular basis.

Ensuring the operation runs smoothly by:

Line Management to all your employees

Recruiting, training and developing all your teams

Maintaining our high standards of delivery to all your portfolio

Monitoring of stock levels & distribution

Dealing with H&S ensuring your teams are safe

Dealing with cover for sickness/absence and holidays

This is a hands-on role and your day will be different every day from training to cleaning so our vision of a successful candidate must have or be:

Driven by attention to detail

Excellent at communication

Confident can-do attitude

Essentially have experience in cleaning management/supervision

Strong financial acumen

Commercially savvy

Outstanding people management skills

Be able to motivate and develop people

Be organised

Have the flexibility to be able to deliver the needs of the business
