This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

The University’s Design Team is responsible for the design and implementation of refurbishment and capital developments, across a diverse range of buildings. You will be responsible for the day-to-day technical leadership of Architectural projects as well as an Intern student. You will lead and co-ordinate the delivery of feasibility, design, specification, tendering, cost control and site monitoring of projects.

With extensive Project Management experience you will be educated to HNC (or equivalent) standard in a relevant subject, you will have thorough working knowledge and understanding of current and relevant legislation and regulations. You will have excellent IT skills and experience of using MS Office, AutoCad, Revit and Project Management software (eg; MS Project).
