Your New Company

An established Architectural practice based in North Down who have been in business for over 20 years. This practice mainly specialise in private residential architecture including bespoke one off homes as well as small to large scale housing developments in partnership with a number of housing developers. In addition they have completed a number of new build and renovation commercial projects in the office and retail sector.

Your new role

Based in a modern, North Down office, you will join a team of c. 16 staff including undergraduates to Senior Architects, Architectural Technologists and Technicians. You’ll work closely with a range of new and existing clients to come up with unique building and interior designs, which you’ll deliver to award winning standards.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

You will be a Registered Architect, ideally with more than 2 years’ experience post Part 3 in an architectural practice. You will have a portfolio which demonstrates your work to date. It is expected that you will be competent in carrying out the full range of professional services and have working knowledge of NI / UK building regulations. You’ll be flexible, self-motivated and possess a valid driving licence with access to a car.

In addition you will be fully proficient in CAD software and ideally have strong sketching ability.
