What will the apprentice be doing?

Gaining knowledge of logistics and warehousing you will be involved in the preparation of equipment for hire and receipt of equipment back into the warehouse.

You will work predominantly within the Cables Dept, ensuring effective and ongoing maintenance, storage and identification of kit.

Working collaboratively with the other Depts within the warehouse.

Duties to include -

Logging incoming equipment

Updating internal records

Storing equipment for shipping

Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative

Forklift Truck training

Functional skills maths and English to level 2 if required

Any additional internal training supplied by company -Technical Audio Visual Skills

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Most of the ATC Technicians and Production Event Managers have commenced employment in this or similar role. ATC see this apprentice role as a good starting point to learn about the AV industry allowing the applicant to diversify onto areas that they find themselves most interested in.
