  • Undertake installation work as directed
  • Comply with health, quality, safety and environmental instructions
  • Timely completion of tasks
  • Work towards gaining Signalling Installation Operative IRSE Licence (1.2.210)
  • Attend team, technical and safety briefs
  • Carry out installation work to Signalling Installation Handbook (SIH) standards
  • Keep and update Training records, work experience records, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) records
  • Ensure correct tools, plant and equipment are provided for the task
  • Assist in the develop the WPPs, Task Briefing Sheets
  • Effectively communicate task requirements to internal & external staff
  • Preparation and presentation of products required for project T- reviews of the plans.
  • Work towards gaining Signalling Installation Technician IRSE Licence (1.2.220 v2)
  • Take responsibility for the health and safety of you, colleagues and other persons who may be affected by your acts and omissions at work, and for the environment.
Who we’re looking for
  • You will need a minimum of five GCSEs at grades 9-4 or A-C including Maths, English and Science
  • Enthusiastic and hands-on
  • Problem-solver
  • Flexible on work both in terms of location, nights and weekends
  • An interest in Maths, Physics, Electronics and/or Technology
  • Someone that would look to progress in construction and engineering
  • Ideally hold a UK drivers license at the time of joining
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK at the time of joining
  • Pass pre-employment medical which will include a Drug & Alcohol test
