A successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Provide support in the acquisition of new clients
  • Provide support in the retention of existing clients through the renewal process

  • Level 3 - Insurance practitioner standard

The following qualifications and certifications will need to be completed to gain apprenticeship certification:

  • Knowledge, skills and behaviours modules. Learners will gain knowledge in relevant topics from attending online workshops run by CII professionals. This knowledge will be transferred to the workplace for further on and off the job learning and will support towards End Point Assessment
  • Functional Skills in mathematics and English. These provide practical skills to help gain the most out of work, education and everyday life and are assessed by the completion of written and on-line tests
  • End Point Assessment. This assesses the knowledge and practical skills gained during the programme and are assessed by the completion of a portfolio of work alongside a professional discussion
