What will the apprentice be doing?

Learn about the building and construction industry, specifically around housing refurbishment and managing upgrades of properties.

Assist with commercial and contract management and involvement in the buying in of supplies, services and sub-contractors

Health & Safety and Compliance - assisting with surveying duties, collecting, developing and maintaining accurate information and keeping IT systems up to date

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Apprentices will achieve a Level 3 Diploma in Surveying as a pre-requisite to end point assessment and will become an Associate member of the RICS (AssocRICS).
