Apprentice Bodyshop Technician - Retro Food Trailer Manufacturing - Retro Replicas

We are a fast-growing retro food trailer manufacturer based in Jarrow, South Tyneside, offering custom-built retro food/drinks trailers to the commercial and hospitality industries. We have recently won a contract to supply custom retro food and drinks trailers for a Caribbean beach resort company, so you could be joining the company at our most exciting, but busiest time, so be prepared for long hours, but big rewards.

We require an Apprentice Bodyshop Technician to perform panel repair and pre-paint preparation, paint finishing, strip down, rebuild, and other automotive orientated tasks. Within this facility, we complete each and every trailer build to a high standard, but still in keeping with that vintage ’patina’ finish.

The candidate must want to learn the required skills in this area and be willing to learn industry recognised repair methods, in return, top rates of pay in line with current apprenticeship industry standards, 40 hours per week and overtime offered. We are looking for an apprentice that wants to become a multi-skilled technician that uses modern-day vehicle manufacturing techniques on our vintage retro style trailers.
