Duties to include:

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Sales admin tasks requiring use of office suite (word, excel & outlook)
  • Data entering to produce documentation and maintain internal databases
  • Purchase invoice processing
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Other accounting tasks
  • Use of Sage 50 to maintain records
  • Taking inbound calls from customers and managing efficiently by directing calls or taking messages using outlook
  • Monitoring incoming emails to shared accounts mailbox and action or direct, as required
  • Creating documentation to support customer invoices using word and docusign to send to appropriate contact
  • Maintaining filing systems, both electronic and paper
  • Updating internal database of annual renewals
  • Processing purchase invoices to Sage with appropriate coding
  • Updating excel day books
  • Contacting customers when necessary to follow up documentation completion
  • Other admin duties as requested or required
