PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 4 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Start Date - 05/07/2021

This is an outbound business sales role for a leading UK blue chip client. You will be responsible for contacting businesses around the UK to discuss their needs with the aim of setting an appointment for someone to contact them in future.

The agent will discuss the features and benefits of the client’s products and services and articulate these to the potential customer. Through questioning the decision maker you will identify a potential customer’s interest in the clients products and services and arrange an appointment for follow up with the potential customer that you will transfer through to the client. This role requires the ability to build rapport with business decision makers, often completing multiple calls to the business and maintaining call backs to generate a healthy pipeline of opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:

- Completing outbound appointment setting calls to the client’s prospect customers

- Deliver a top-quality customer experience and journey.

- Discuss the benefits of the clients service and the packages available.

- Arrange the transfer of any appointments to the client

- Read mandatory statements and script to customers

- Meet and exceed client targets whilst maintaining quality and compliance.

What we’re looking for:

- Customer service experience in a contact centre, face to face or retail (essential).

- Previous experience in a sales environment, retail or call centre (preferred).

- Call centre experience in business to business environment (preferred).

- Excellent telephone manner.

- The ability to follow instructions and scripts/call guides to meet with compliance requirements.

- Ability to objection handle and remain resilient.

- Confident and effective communicator with business decision makers.

- Strong, outgoing and confident personality.

- Target driven & hungry to achieve goals.

- Ability to work in a team.

- I.T literate.
