Our client, a leading company in the engineering industry, is seeking a talented individual to join their Applications team.As an Applications Engineer, you will forge strong working relationships with customer technical counterparts, serving as their primary point of contact for product technical information, specifications, installation issue resolution, and customer requests. Translate customer needs and feedback into functional product requirements, ensuring their expectations are met.Basically, you will maintain effective communication with peers, section manager, and stakeholders to report progress and address any issues. Provide support for field and production issues, identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and collaborating with suppliers and stakeholders.You should hold strong technical background, preferably with an HNC or technical degree in mechanical or automotive engineering, although other qualifications or experience will also be considered.Apply now to know more about this exciting job opportunity
