The Role of the Applications Engineer (Electrical & Electronic Manufacturing): You will be responsible for a providing a training and demonstrations to numerous customers across the UK. You will be meeting with & speaking daily to a range of stakeholders, from electrical engineers through to procurement managers and board level personnel. Solving technical electrical design related issues and challenges you will use your experience to solve 2D & 3D electrical schematic problems. You’ll also discuss best practice methods to ensure customers are getting the best out of their electrical design software. There’s also a need to provide help and support to the internal team too. The Candidate for the Applications Engineer (Electrical & Electronic Manufacturing) Position: The successful candidate must be from an electrical engineering background who, ideally having strong knowledge of 2D or 3D schematic drawings. The customers all design electrical enclosures, cables harness or wiring looms so a knowledge or experience of working within this industry would be a distinct advantage. An understanding of the electrical sector is essential. Experience of 2D Schematic drawings is a must Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic Determined and hungry to succeed Full, valid UK driving licenceThe Package for the Applications Engineer (Electrical & Electronic Manufacturing): £24,000 - £35,000 basic salary £6k Car Allowance 10% Personal bonus + Company Bonus Hybrid working role; 37.5 hours per week.
