We’ll train and support you in taking your career wherever you want it to go.Your future duties and responsibilities- Provide support for a number of new Insurance Sector Products and Services, and involvement in on-boarding new customers to the Products
- Ensure the availability and performance of supported application environments, whilst identifying, communicating and/or reducing risk where possible
- Monitor, fulfil and take responsibility for resolution of support incidents, problems and changes/service requests in line with the SLA
- Identify and implement service improvements
- Organise own workload with minimal supervision, delivering to agreed schedules and reporting progress
- Provide detailed analysis of system defects as and when required
- Work closely with and deputise for Product Account Manager/Service Delivery Managers
- Promote and foster good working relationships with clients and other CGI teams
- Actively participate in team meetings and daily stand-up meetings
- C#.NET, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, MVC
- Visual Studio, Including MS Build, Azure Dev Ops
- SQL Server
- Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Microsoft Azure Knowledge to include Azure App Services, WAF’s, NSG Rules, VNET’s, Redis Cache, Service Bus, Azure DevOps
- Active Directory
- Good customer facing skills - the ability to talk to business users and understand their issues will be key
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- A flexible, proactive, “can do” attitude - willing and able to own issues through to a timely conclusion or hand-over to another party
- Adheres to change control procedures and processes
- Motivated / determined / pro-active
- Team player – sharing knowledge, mentoring
