Application Support Analyst

Location | Workplace policy: Hybrid working from Midlands office

Salary: Up to £25k-40k + perks (depending on experience)

Now at a crossroads with their mission to disrupt the industry well in the process of being achieved, they’re looking for an experienced Applications Support to be the face of the business and handle frontline requests, issues and incidents quickly and professionally.

Application Support Analyst – Core skills needed:

  • Handle ticketing systems and engage with 1st / 2nd line support
  • Thorough database management experience (SQL)
  • Background using Linux & Apache
  • Experience with ITIL support processes and standards
  • Up to date skills in 3rd party supplier liaising
  • Experience of AWS Cloud platform
  • Basic awareness of software programming (perl, python)
  • Relevant commercial experience in similar applications support role
