What We’re Looking For
  • You have professional experience in technical support, application development and the operation of web applications
  • You are a MySQL specialist and have good hands-on experience with PHP (minimum 1 year)
  • You have experience with monitoring/logging tools like Prometheus, Kibana and Grafana
  • You have a good grasp on databases and are able to create complex queries across multiple tables
  • You have experience in debugging, testing, designing & profiling applications/services.
  • You are a team player who is always on the lookout for innovation and focused on customer satisfaction
  • The improvement of features and consistently good performance are your highest priorities, while you are resilient and remain calm in stressful situations
  • You are fluent in English, German skills would be an additional advantage
Your Responsibilities
  • You maintain our SaaS applications together with your team
  • With your commitment, weaknesses and optimisation options are identified, joint solutions developed and changes implemented
  • You’re actively involved in maintaining the continued availability, scalability, performance and automation of our SaaS solutions
  • You are proactive, identify problems in advance and are always on the lookout for opportunities to improve our service
  • You are responsible for L3 tickets and provide timely solutions
  • You design solutions, prepare test cases and high-level designs, and ensure a close working relationship with the functional and development team
