We’re looking for a passionate API & Integrations Manager to join our growing Digital Team, as the primary contact for our integration partners using our APIs to build powerful and valuable integrations with Paymentshield.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working closely with our external business partners to define details behind business requirements, specifications, user experience, and the API strategy for Paymentshield

Onboarding and optimising new API partners

Managing and auditing existing partner integrations and their performance.

Updating, improving and enhancing API documentation based on best practices and the latest trends

Providing monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting and forecasts on the API technical and business performance

Leading in depth technical calls about the Paymentshield API & integration options to new strategic partnerships

Providing technical support and solutions for external business partners

Staying up to date with the trends and opportunities within our market and presenting opportunities to further develop our API proposition

Working closely with our IT Scrum Teams and Sales teams

Managing our integrated partners through development cycles when API updates are required

Championing the needs and requirements of our integrated partners

ABOUT YOUIn order to hit the ground running we’re looking for someone to fit the following profile:

2/3 years’ experience in a similar role

Deep knowledge and understanding of API technologies, REST and/or other web services

Be able to identify improvements needed within our API proposition and assess the business performance of our integrated partners.

Willing to travel occasionally to visit our business partners face to face

Ability to communicate technical information and solutions to various audiences

Ability to problem solve, handle technical queries, confidently analyse technical logs and provide answers and solutions

Ability to work effectively with others

Self-sufficient and self-motivated - keen to learn and improve

Confident communication skills

Excellent time management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Facilitate problem solving and work as a team to make them a reality

Work in a collaborative environment where your ideas and opinions are valued and respected
