I am now recruiting for a fantastic ’people focused’ and rapidly growing client of mine within Warwickshire for a junior to mid weight Android Developer. This organisation is a 3 year old software house who have definitely retained the start-up and way of working. The business create various innovative apps which are taken to market (various industries) through a highly experienced sales team.

To maintain their strong culture candidates must be able to work in the office on a hybrid basis of 3 days remote and 2 days a week in the office. Amongst having a pool table, darts board gaming events and others within the office, they have weekly Pizza nights, breakfast days and quarterly team nights out.

Key Skills Required

Android Development experience Experience with Kotlin Java knowledge Strong communication skills Ability to work well autonomously and as a team (very important for projects) Passion for Software and App Development Strong troubleshooting skills
