Analyst Programmer

Location:Poole Quay, Dorset
Salary:£27,300 - £33,500 p/a, DOE
Hours:37.5 hours, working 5 days per week
Contract:Permanent, Full time

Dorset Software is a leading provider of innovative IT systems and consulting services which places people and customers at the centre of their vision. We create and maintain custom-made IT systems for a range of high profile clients spanning multiple industries. Due to increased demand for our services, we are recruiting experienced analyst programmers to join our team of consultants.

Working either in-house or at client sites across the UK, you will be designing and developing the world-class solutions we deliver every day. You’ll also be trained in all the major tools and technologies and then make an impact by using these tools to create innovative and robust software solutions.

Qualifications And Skills
  • A minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree or PhD in a STEM subject, plus an excellent academic background
  • At least 1 year’s experience as a programmer, working with any of the following technologies: .Net Framework, C#, Angular, React, Java, AWS, SQL Server
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • An ability to quickly adapt to new situations
  • Brilliant interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to travel and work at client sites across the UK
  • A passion for technology and motivation to quickly develop a wide range of new programming skills
