As an IT Analyst, you will be primarily tasked with assisting end users on day-to-day issues/configurations and guidance on office equipment and standard hardware use (laptop, peripherals, Videoconference equipment)for the local Qontigo office and remotely to all other Qontigo offices around the world, providing end-user support (daily issues, configurations, remote onboarding, preparing new joiner hardware, etc.), maintaining the local asset inventory, documenting solutions on our ticket management tool and creating end-user guides.

You will also be providing hands and eyes support for the other IT teams across the globe.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Local IT Assets (computers, peripherals, docking stations, displays, etc.), maintaining accurate tracking on our asset control system.
  • Provide L1 support to end users with day-to-day issues (i.e. Office 365 issues, local applications issues, hardware issues, Videoconference setup, and use, etc.), identify issue trending’s provide improvement suggestions.
  • Prepare and condition hardware for delivery and use (end-user hardware, Infrastructure hardware, video conference hardware).
  • Prepare and update process and support documentation (guides, manuals, etc.).
  • Provide End users with training on Qontigo’s standard tools/IT setup for use.


Requirements

  • People skills, needs to be empathetic and patient with the end users.
  • Proactive, ability to perform daily tasks/projects with minimum or no local supervision.
  • Management tools experience (Jira/Jira Cloud preferred).
  • Technical Documentation Skills for documenting IT internal and end user guides/processes.
  • Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2012, 2016,) (advanced level).
  • Azure (basic level).
  • MAC (basic level).
  • Android/IOS medium level.
  • Videoconference solutions (medium level).
  • Microsoft Office 365 (advanced level).
  • Remote desktop support tools (RDP, Kaseya, QuickAssist, TeamViewer, etc.).
  • Networking (fundamentals)
